  • Independent support and further development of existing key accounts
  • Support and development of the licensed collections in consultation with the licensors
  • Product development and advice, inventory control, development and coordination of order proposals, coordination of deliveries and ongoing communication
  • Support in acquiring new customers (creation of concepts, creation of presentations, preparation of sample collections, customer appointments)
  • Product and production management: coordination of production and scheduling of orders
  • Intensive collaboration with the production managers on questions of quality, delivery scheduling and production prices (both with key accounts and with licensing partners)
  • Preparation of different key figures
  • Processing operational customer issues, e.g. answering questions about products, orders or complaints
  • Carry out analysis and evaluations of NOS ranges from various customers and make subsequent adjustments 
  • Implementation of electronic follow-up supplies for retail customers
  • Carry out strategic monitoring of customer sales based on sales analysis and forecasts
  • Contact the responsible buyers or sales representatives 
  • Contact person for questions and problems from customers and the field service
  • Create offers for customers 
  • Check and monitor stock availability 
  • Order entry and processing of orders from online retailers 
  • Email newsletter marketing for customers and representatives of the B2B shop
  • Preparation of products in the B2B shop in connection with the merchandise management system
  • Maintaining the B2C shop and registering new orders 
  • Customer support for questions about orders from end consumers 
  • Design of various graphics and packaging for item groups
